Realms of Terror

Realms of Terror is a roleplay focused, rules-light TTRPG focused on exploring the concept of the multiverse, or as many others know it, parallel Earths. It is inspired by shows like Sliders or Quantum Leap, and existing TTRPGs like Fluxfall Horizons, with a dash of horror inspired from things like the SCP foundation and most especially the lore of The Backrooms. There is a slight focus on creating weirder, and more puzzle like worlds also, harking back to the more trippy and weird interpretations of higher or parallel dimensions, as seen in media like the Doctor Strange comic books or ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’. Players will find themselves in weird, unexplored dimensions, most of which will be weird abstract worlds beyond their visual comprehension, with monsters and dangers lurking in every corner. They can be monsters representing fears and machines, weird creatures with no shape, or perhaps they could end up in a world of war and destruction, where the monsters are people, and the danger is more tangible.
